For Products purchased in the United Kingdom
All of Technical Consumer Products (TCP) goods are designed and manufactured to the highest standards and deliver high-quality performance, ease of use and ease of installation. In case you encounter any difficulties while installing or using your product, we recommend that you first consult any available operating instructions.
In the unlikely event that your product becomes defective during the guarantee period identified on the packaging of your product (Guarantee Period), you should first visit the retailer from where the product was purchased to seek to enforce your statutory rights as a consumer and any additional rights provided by the retailer.
Having exhausted your statutory rights as a consumer and any additional rights provided by the retailer, TCP will at its option repair or exchange the defective product. For the avoidance of doubt the Guarantee Period refers to the time period stated on the packaging as the ‘Warranty Period’ and not the ‘Expected Lifetime’ stated on the packaging.
This guarantee does not impact upon your statutory rights as a consumer.
